The waiters are friendly but it's very annoying to have to wait for things when its not busy. Overall on this visit, my fifth or sixth time eating here, I would have to say that while the food was great, the service needs to be more attentive. when she came back to offer us a lemoncello on the house, I mentioned that we were still waiting for our coffees. Shr brought over one coffee despite repeating the desert order back to us.

We ordered a tiramisu to share plus three coffees from the waitress on duty. I thought it was strange as they were not busy at all when we arrived. I managed to get the original waiters attention a few minutes later and asked for our drinks. The waiter who dropped the food down to us didn't appear to notice that we had no drinks. Our starter was dropped down a few minutes later by another waiter and they had to go grab cutlery and plates. The waiter who took our order went across the street to chat to some one after taking our order. We ordered and then waited for our drinks. Second review, visited last night and while the food was excellent, the service was not so good.
